About me and our Firm: Nearly all of our practice is devoted to litigation. We focus on cases involving the Open Public Records Act ("OPRA") and the Open Public Meetings Act ("OPMA"). We have also successfully handled cases involving commercial litigation, civil rights, breach of contract, creditors rights, landlord/tenant and debt collection, Fair Labor Standards Act, consumer fraud, administrative law and defamation. We have represented clients in New Jersey Superior Court, the Appellate Division, New Jersey Supreme Court, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law. Our fee arrangements are tailored to each specific type of case. Contingency arrangements are available.
