Firstly, I would like to point out that I was never asked to write this review but I am providing it willingly and completely voluntary. If you are reading this review then you most likely have had an encounter with the police and are thinking about wether or not to obtain a lawyer and if so are ...attempting to research to the best of your ability, which individual can provide you the best legal services with the best outcome. Every case is different but I would like to share my experience on this review to help any others out there possibly going threw anything similar. In September 2019 I was driving back home from a family gathering in NJ to my home in NYC when a NJ State trooper pulled me over and detained me for DUI including a refusal to submit to a breathalyzer and about 6 other driving infractions. If you’re still reading this then your likely at this stage in your incident. You’re probably anxious, paranoid, sleepless, and many other emotions of which I felt for the on going months of this process. When I met Mr. Sutnick he understood every bit of these emotions and he assured me he would fight hard for me to achieve the best possible outcome which he did. I noticed Mr. Sutnick was an exceptional professional in court because of how revered he was by his peers. There must have been three dozen lawyers present in that court room but no one was being approached in an informal manner. Only Mr.Sutnick. He obviously very well knew the prosecutor, judge, and the court staff. This immediately put me at ease due to the fact he apparently had a good relationship with all the personnel Vs. all the other lawyers which waited on a line with a piece of paper to be seen. He was very well known and respected. Ultimately, Mr. Sutnick was able to get almost everything dismissed and my NY license was unaffected in my home in NYC. Mr. Sutnick was flexible to work out payment arrangements. And with his client portal system was always able to quickly respond and address any questions/concerns I had. Mr Sutnick was honest, caring and truly wanted to do the best for me and my family. He is also a DUI EXPERT (just research his accolades on his website). He’s helping me with any questions or concerns I have along the way until this whole ordeal is behind me. Hopefully I never have to retain his services again but if I do I know exactly who to go to and recommend anyone going threw such mischief to at least have a sit down with him. You’ll see what I mean once you talk to him. I usually don’t rate on google because I’m more of a yelper but I give Mr. Sutnick 5 stars for the 5 star service I received on any platform. About 2 months ago, I was anxious to find an attorney to represent me. In a sea of lawyers and tons of reviews, I came across Mr. Sutnick, who promptly returned my message, and listened patiently to my story, that has been developing for 3 and a half years. Unfortunately, it would not be feasible f...or him to manage my case and he kindly recommended me another lawyer who was very experienced in cases like mine, a real sweet heart, but far from my area, making it not possible for her to represent me. Mr. Sutnick is just genuinely kind and concerned. He was trying to help me, even though he would not benefit in any manner from my case. He is simply delightful to talk to and a very nice person, just the kind that, you wish, could represent you in any case. I finally found a lawyer near my area and after a period of high anxiety, my case was dismissed. Just wanted to share my wonderful experience with Sutnick & Sutnick. My significant other was charged with an aggravated assault even though no one was physically hurt. When this happened back in July 2017, I immediately did my research online for the best representation I could find that I felt woul...d be reputable with the Judges, thorough in law matters, 10+ years of experience, and overall the right Attorney to represent my spouse and his case. After searching for some time, I found Sutnick & Sutnick to be the most reputable with the best reviews in the Bergen County area and close by the Superior Court in Hackensack, NJ. You can search anywhere online, on all websites that allow reviews and see that Sutnick & Sutnick is the top rated Attorney by far in the area. But if you really need representation, you will find out why when you choose Sutnick & Sutnick. Warren met with us very shortly after I made my first call to inquire. He is a very professional, friendly, well-dressed, knowledgeable and straight-to-the-point type of guy. I immediately knew when he laid everything out on the table so simply for us that we would choose him to represent my spouse's case. Warren communicates very well, so we knew well ahead of time when we would be expected to show for a court hearing. We had several court hearings, the beginning was tough because of the nature of the case, but Warren never gave up on this case. He did not take no for an answer and he certainly saved my spouse from having to accept a plea on a felony or misdemeanor. Although we were hoping for a dismissed case right away, we were still given a great opportunity for my spouse to enter the PTI (Pre-Trial Intervention) program at a minimum of 6 months to 3 years (depending on restitution pay-off date). Needless to say, we worked hard on repaying that restitution within the 6 months and Warren was very prompt at that 6 month mark to file for termination of PTI being that all requirements had been satisfied. We were expecting a hearing on September 7th to terminate PTI and dismiss the case, but it was able to be settled and terminated outside of the courts earlier than we expected! This case is finally dismissed! This is all amazing news. I really honestly couldn't say enough good things about Warren and his firm. He heard our story, he fought for us the whole way through even when we got push back from the Prosecutor and Judge, he just never gave up! Another notable thing I observed when we went to each court hearing is Warren shows up to each hearing early, always extremely presentable. When you go into a court room with Warren, he really puts all the other representation to shame in a good way! All the other Attorneys I felt looked a bit unkempt for the occasion. Warren is always extremely professional and he uses his voice and words well in a manner that is totally respected by the Judge and Prosecutor. I would recommend over and over again if you ever get in any kind of trouble, you never really know how important it is to cover yourself and get representation in the event that something does happen. I can assure you if I did not hire Warren that the outcome of this case would be far different. It would not have been as forgiving as it has been. I surely hope we will never have to use a service like this again, but if I do, the first person I would call is Warren. He is the best, you just have to see for yourself!
