Toni Ann Russo

I went to court as “Pro Se” which was a big NO NO then I came to the office of Toni Ann Russo and worked with Phillip Petrullo for “HELP”. Philip was very knowledgeable of the mistakes I made when dealing with my case and before I sought legal counsel. Noticing how Phillip and Ms. Russo communicate...d on steps to mend errors I made the stress I was having began to ease off. When it was time to appear in court I received the verdict I was initially seeking. This office was a blessing to me and got the job done I recommend them and would surely use them again because I am NO Lawyer.

I usually don't write views but I have to say thank you so much to Toni Ann Russo. She's done so much for me and it was great to have her on my side. She's a tough and experienced attorney and has helped me get everything she said she would. Toni Ann Russo doesn't give up and will fight for you all t...he way. You can trust her and I will recommend her to anyone that is looking for an attorney who's honest, gives the best advice and listens to every detail. I would of been lost without her and feel so lucky to have her as my attorney. Thanks again!!

I hadn’t seen my baby daughter in over a month when I approached Toni Ann Russo in the courthouse looking for help. I was distraught and didn’t know what to do. Ms. Russo took over the case that day and fought for my rights from day one. Since then she has been at my side, aggressive...ly fighting for my parenting time with my daughter. Shortly after she became involved I started getting visits with my daughter. When I was confused about family court, she explained what was going on. She allowed me to be involved every step of the way, which relieved a lot of anxiety for me. When an emergency hit last summer, she took my call on the weekend to discuss the matter and advise me before court. Since these cases can be expensive, Toni was sensitive to my financial situation and allowed me to take care of parts of the case I could, like ordering transcripts or finding police reports. She has always treated me fairly and reasonably. Family court is an ugly place to be in life, especially for a man. It is daunting and painful like no other place. Toni made it easier to deal with and allowed me to retain hope and dignity in my case. For that I owe her greatly. I don’t plan on using anyone else.

I took a chance on her after seeing other reviews.. It was the worst decision I have ever made. I am not just saying this because my outcome produced by her was not my liking. She may ask a little less retainer at first than other lawyers but she does this to suck you in. I had a pretty good case... with much upper hands than my former spouse's, ( all other lawyers that I had consulted before her shared the same opinion about my case being pretty strong) but she screwed up big time for me mainly because of the sketchy way she handled for me. She treated me like another case and did not try to even hide her attitude of milking money from me. Her motto was " it is only money". She did not do her due diligence for me and she never bother to explain things well to me at all and was very push of her opinion being final saying even to her fellow lawyer. She had the worse communication skills to me. She made many unprofessional and inappropriate comments to me especially when she pushed me for appealing after she screwed up the first hearing big time. Her paralegal has done better job communicating and her Junior lawyer seemed to have better knowledge of law than her. After the poor performance mainly due to her lack of preparation for my initial hearing, she quickly handed down my case to her junior lawyer without even asking my permission. Even the Judge complained about her unprofessional way to present the evidence during my court hearing. Her mistake with the judge caused me very important evidence for my case end up not considered. If you do hire her, I recommend that you record everything. Even the mistake she has made that was her obvious fault which can easily be proven with email trace, she never admitted of any wrong doing and lied or bend the truth with her typical bad lawyer B.S. and tried to turn around the blame on me or even on the Judge.
