Toni Ann Russo

First I would like to say that I made the right choice when I hire Toni Ann as my lawyer. Her professionalism and knowledge was exemplary. She went above and beyond knowing that this was a very emotional and difficult situation for me. She new the longer this would have gone on the harder it would h...ave been for me. I went to court as “Pro Se” which was a big NO NO then I came to the office of Toni Ann Russo and worked with Phillip Petrullo for “HELP”. Philip was very knowledgeable of the mistakes I made when dealing with my case and before I sought legal counsel. Noticing how Phillip and Ms. Russo communicate...d on steps to mend errors I made the stress I was having began to ease off. When it was time to appear in court I received the verdict I was initially seeking. This office was a blessing to me and got the job done I recommend them and would surely use them again because I am NO Lawyer.

With little to no warning recently, I was forced to initiate a very complicated and contested custody proceeding for the protection of a family member. It was great luck that I found Ms. Russo and her team. I had no idea how to anticipate the challenges that an out of state jurisdiction custody case ...would have. From the moment that I spoke to Ms Russo on an 8 PM call one evening, I knew that I had found a compassionate lawyer who knew the laws, could confidently give me my options, and who would stick with me through the very end as if she were fighting her own personal case. I drove to New Jersey the next day and Ms. Russo and her team worked diligently into the night to prepare a solid case. Although the chances of me being awarded any custody seemed slim given the law leaning so heavily on parental rights, I was actually given sole legal and physical custody. A few weeks later when I was hit with a motion challenging my order, Miss Russo once again stood right by my side through the entire process, her staff worked so hard for me, and always worked to get my questions answered and even spent their own time keeping me calm when the emotions of my case got the best of me! The motion was denied. Without the commitment that Miss Russo put into my case, I'm not sure what the outcome would have been, as my case was very complicated, and took a great deal of expertise. At no time have I felt nickel and dimed, and at no time did I feel anything but respected. Her compassion and true desire to protect my young family member will never be forgotten. Toni has integrity and truly respects the law and the judges too and if you've ever been to court, you know the importance of having an attorney who will fight for you, but also shows respect for those in power to make decisions. She does this in and out of the courtroom. I admire her tenacity, energy and drive, and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a committed and serious lawyer who does not enter the courtroom with an attitude of defeat, but only with every intention for a positive outcome for her clients. There are not enough stars to rate how highly I think of Toni Russo and her entire Staff!!

I usually don't write views but I have to say thank you so much to Toni Ann Russo. She's done so much for me and it was great to have her on my side. She's a tough and experienced attorney and has helped me get everything she said she would. Toni Ann Russo doesn't give up and will fight for you all t...he way. You can trust her and I will recommend her to anyone that is looking for an attorney who's honest, gives the best advice and listens to every detail.
