Helpful, Knowledgeable and Friendly

Mr. Malkin is by far one of the best attorneys I have ever dealt with. He explained all aspects of my case in a way I could understand. He always returned my telephone calls, even after business hours. You will NOT regret using this attorney!

Experienced, Aggressive, Top-Notch Lawyer!

I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my case when I hired Mr. Malkin to represent me. He was highly recommended to me by my daughter and within minutes of meeting him, I knew I had made the right choice. Not only was he aggressive in achieving the absolute best results on my behalf but h...e kept me informed of any developments from the very beginning of the case until the end. We are extremely happy that we chose Mr. Malkin.

We shopped around because we heard that there were so many lawyers who call themselves "accident lawyers". We are so glad we chose Seth Malkin. He was the most caring and always available to us. During our case, we could have accepted the insurance company's very large settlement offer -- but Seth re...commended we should go all the way -- and he fought very hard for our rights. He was right. We eventually received TWICE the money than if we had mistakenly chosen one of those other injury lawyers! We are so pleased ---and Seth was so wonderful. We sincerely recommend him to everybody who needs an accident attorney.

Clients are his foremost priority

Mr Malkin is by far the most efficient and proffesional attorney I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, always goes the extra mile, follows through on all aspects of the case and doesnt settle for less. Would definitely recommend Mr Malkin to all my family and friends.
