I had a car accident a few years ago and Mr. Malkin was referred to me through a friend. It was my first car accident, I had no idea how the process worked to initiate a case against the person who hit my car and fled the scene. Mr. Malkin took his time in explaining each detail and steps involved.... He explained how my insurance would cover the accident since it was an unknown driver. I was nervous and confused because I thought my rates would increase. I then I started to receive numerous letters from my insurance company and was feeling overwhelmed. I decided to walk into his office, without an appointment, and his staff explained that he was in a conference but would stop the conference to meet me. Although, I was ready to sit and wait, he quickly stepped out of the conference and patiently explained to help me understand what all the documents meant. Due to my work schedule, I was not available to speak to him until after 5 o'clock, and he always returned my calls no matter what time. He really made it his priority to address all my concerns and I felt confident he would handle my case successfully. Last year, I was injured, through no fault of my own, at a well-known big-box store. He always was respectful, even when I was losing patience. When it finally came time to make decisions about settling or going to trial, Mr. Malkin took charge. He obviously has been working that courthouse for many years, and was confident and used to outthinking his adversaries. Again, I don't go online commenting about services received, but this is a guy who is in the know, has been apparently doing this forever, and is still at the top of his game. To sum up: amazingly caring people who treated me with honesty and respect, found me physicians who helped me, and rewarded me with a result beyond what I could have ever imagined.

My mother is elderly and needs extra time to understand protocols and procedures. She was also in quite a bit of pain after the accident.
