Once they are your lawyers - you will definitely come back - I did!
I was injured in an elevator accident back in 2010. My case was both a personal injury and worker's compensation case so I dealt with both Dave Silverstein and Gabe Lependorf. I found both men to be quite professional, caring, and determined to work their hardest for your benefit. Not to give Dave less credit, however, workers comp is workers comp. However my personal injury case was a bit tricky. It seems that the State of New Jersey had come in and done an inspection on the elevator in which I was injured on just a few hours before my accident. I fractured the navicular in my left foot and after 6 months of wearing a "boot" I had to have an operation on it. The insurance company said all along it was a "no pay" because the State had done an inspection that day. Gabe Lependorf continued with my case through arbitration where I received an arbitration award. The defendant de novo'd the award so it looked lie we were going to have to go to trial. I was ready to give up on the case and Gabe told me to hold on. In the ninth hour, my case settled for the arbitration award. If it had not been for Gabe guiding me along I would have given up. I have now been injured again - I slipped on ice and fractured the humeral head and shaft of my left arm in a shopping center parking lot - and guess who my lawyers are? That's right, I went back to Gabe because of the outstanding work he did for me and his professionalism!
Gabe represented me in a pesonal injury case back in 2008. I was injured on my job during an auto accident as I was delivering fed ex ground packages. I found Gabe to be very sincere and he gave the impression of always having my best interest, even when I got on his nerves. I had no knowledge of the personal injury world and I really had no trust for lawyers in that field from just listening to others talk. Gabe reassured my knowledge and faith with a pleasant experience and a significant settlement. Thanks again Gabe!

Superb Lawyer!
My oldest son did some research on line and suggested I use Gabe Lependorf to represent his younger brother, my then 19-year-old, son, who had gotten into some trouble after my husband/their dad died 2 years ago. We have not been sorry. Gabe is not only knowledgeable of the law, but is a very caring person, who does the utmost to represent his clients. He is the best!!!!!

I'm so grateful for his expertise
Mr. Lependorf returned my call immediately and treated me and my son with great respect throughout our whole ordeal. He clearly had a sophisticated understanding of the laws pertaining to our case. He was helpful every step of the way and worth every penny. I would recommend Mr. Lependorf to anyone.

Competence, integrity, and personable
Right from my very first meeting with Gabe I felt that I was in good hands and that my case would be well-handled. He really listened and understood my needs. He always returned my phone calls and, most importantly, he settled my case with a very good outcome. You can't go wrong using Gabriel Lependorf

careful
Hired this lawyer after seeing good reviews about him.
Before signing him as lawyer and until I sign he was acting so good and loyal..but that is not true later!..
Does not keep you informed.. Meeting happens just 10 minutes of any scheduled meetings with defendants.
Does not control his temper. Seems to be very aggressive when he does not have answers for questions I ask. Once he banged his bundle of book on table.
Was more inclined towards settling the case even though we had enough evidences.
Some how I felt he is close to defendant and was trying to make me accept.. Creates lots of negative thoughts.
He does not have guts to fight..rather tries for settlement highlighting -ve points.

"Hearing my brother talk about his clients and their cases is an amazing thing. He forms close relationships with his clients, knows their case intimately and works hard to achieve as positive and lucrative an outcome for them as possible. It is always evident to me that he truly cares about every individual with whom he works and makes it an almost personal mission to do his best for them. He is calm and patient, an excellent negotiator, smart, experienced and resourceful. I highly recommend him!"
