I got into a custody battle with my girlfriend. DYFS got involved. I couldn't see my kid because DYFS thought I was beating my wife. I wasn't and Mr. Cicala got it all straightened out. He helped me get some treatment and fought to get me custody back. I'm back living with my wife and son. ...Mr. Cicala really helped me.

I got behind on some of my credit cards and missed a lot of payments. I ignored the problem for a long time until I got sued in the mail. I called Mike and he filed some paperwork to slow the lawsuit down. The other firm tried to bully me into paying something I couldn't afford but Mike went to co...urt with me and got me a good deal. I had to pay less than they wanted because they made up so much money I owed them. Mike did a great job.

I got a lot of tickets. I was driving and the other guy hit my car into a parked car with people in it. The cops were unfair to me because I didn't do anything. Mike went to court with me and I got no points. I only got a small fine and Mike got me months to pay. He did great and stood up for me... when the other people tried to blame everything on me.

My girlfriend got a restraining order against me when she lied to the cops about me. She said I hit her but I never did. I called Mike and he went to court with me. He got the case thrown out even before seeing the judge. He talked to my girlfriend's lawyer and made sure that the charges were dro...pped. I got all my stuff back that was at her apartment and I'll never have to see her again. Good work.
