Not Worth the Headache
Since I live in another state, I hired Frances at the advice of my lawyer who looked her up online. She was horrible. Replied last June 05, 2017So sorry for your disappointment. If I recall correctly, you were successful in obtaining that which a court would never have awarded to you at trial, that being severance without cause of all contact and communication between your spouse and the child you share together. There are times when a 100% win slam dunk for a client is simply not enough. I shall take this under advisement and thank you for your input.
