How do i get a certification on non-existence case imformation statements

I am somewhat confused by your question. If there is an application to terminate alimony the court will require a case information statement to be filed before any decision can be rendered. If the other party has not or will not submit one you will have to bring that to the court's attention. If you mean one was never prepared when alimony was initially agreed upon or ordered, you will need to ask seek legal counsel as to what steps can be taken.
This answer does not purport to create a legal opinion based on a consultation or an attorney-client relationship. This information is provided based on the general nature of the question and offers generic information in response. You are cautioned to seek a consultation with an attorney of your choice.
