Family estate

Frances was wonderfully helpful throughout a two-year long Probate Court process (thanks to New Jersey Inheritance Tax division :( for the dragging it out for no reason) of handling my brother's very simple estate after he died intestate.

My divorce

Fran was supremely helpful with my divorce. I don't know if my case was any more stressful than any other but I was always reassured by Fran's calmness and professionalism. Thanks Fran!!!

A thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and reasonable attorney

Frances Nicotra was spot-on in her assessment of my complicated divorce situation. She took time with me that a lot of attorneys would not have. She was smart, compassionate, and knows a lot about family law in the Hudson County area. And she is reasonably priced in a field where it's hard to find... someone who is! I have talked to a lot of attorneys about my situation and she was one of the best, and was honest too in her assessments.

A kind hearted lawyer with extensive knowledge

Ms. Nicotra was a breath of fresh air for me. She guided me through a very personal and difficult time. I was in unfamiliar territory and she took control of the situation and got me the result that I had hoped for. She was always available for me even after hours. So many calls that I am sure I ...drove her batty! Ms. Nicotra is very knowledgable in family law and I found her because my friend went through a messy divorce and she was highly recommended. She is also more reasonable than other lawyers I consulted with.

Now my in house counsel!

After a few very positive experiences of having used Ms. Nicotra for my personal needs. I decided to use her services for my in house business counsel. I own a hair salon and spa and she has been great with all of my needs. I've used her for my house closing as well. I felt very at ease that she was ...on my side. I feel confident with every referral I make of her.
