Gaetano (Guy) was very helpful from day one. I have used his services for two different real estate transactions. I felt very comfortable with his handling of first transaction so I decided to use his services for the second transaction. He provided same level of attention and support in both transac...tions. He treats his clients with respect and takes the time to understand their situation and offers appropriate advice. He believes in applying right amount of legal pressure to make sure the transaction closes in an appropriate time. My phone calls/text messages to his cell were responded to in a timely manner. I plan on using his services in very near future for Wills and Living Wills. We like to think we don’t need one until our next of kin wish there was one.

Guy was the man! He spent the time to walk us through the ins/outs of the entire deal from offer to closing and he was very patient in answering all of our questions. He made this first time home buyer's journey as least chaotic as possible by simplifying only the items we should be focusing on. He w...as very responsive, which is important given how fast things move. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this guy!

I hired Gaetano, “Guy”, for the sale of my home given all the great reviews. Although I do think he’s very knowledgeable and honest, which is great, he wasn’t as responsive as I expected him to be. I had two deals fall through and with the second one, I was hoping to go under contract sooner to preve...nt this from happening. Although, I do believe everything happens for a reason. However, what disappointed me the most is that Guy never communicated to me the buyer’s attorney had killed the contract. I had to hear it from my realtor. It’s been over a week now, and I still haven’t heard from Guy.

Guy handled both the sale and purchase of my home. He was very responsive and moved the deal along quickly. He was ae to help drive attorney review to completion in less than a week for both, the fastest of my last 6 real estate transactions. He demonstrated strong connections with those involved... (e.g.titlte company, realtors) that also helped for a smooth execution. He also helped navigate some tricky situations that sometimes arise during these types of deals. Would highly recommend.
