Additionally, he explained each and every line in the closing disclosure from scratch, which is more than helpful for someone who is closing tmrw and nervous, although I was knowledgeable of all the numbers. The explanation is necessary! Overall, I would definitely recommend Guy for home closing process and would suggest the buyer to be clear of when and what they need support from him. It's a two sided effort and he makes it easy.
