Excellent Service!

An outstanding real estate lawyer

Worked with Jason Weiss twice this year, once when I bought a house in the spring and again when I sold a house in the summer. He is exactly the kind of lawyer you want working on real estate transactions: He is sharp, incredibly responsive — a huge advantage in today’s fast paced real estate market — and gives you honest feedback when you need it. I also really appreciate that he is closely involved in all aspects of transaction and doesn’t rely excessively on paralegals, which you sometimes find with larger firms.

Critical for Navigating a Tricky Closing!

Jason was fantastic to work with on our home purchase. He's very knowledgeable about Hoboken/NJ requirements and potential issues to ask the seller about during review. We had a challenging situation right before closing and he was amazing with navigating through it to lead to a successful outcome. We're using him for the sale of our old now as well. Great First Time Home Buyer Experience

Jason was almost always available to help with any questions or concerns I had along the way, even during non-office hours. He was always patient when I had delays and issues dealing with the seller, and had no problem in putting in the extra work or last minute requests. Great real estate lawyer!

Jason was instrumental in helping us deal with a foreclosed condominium where we were purchasing the unit from a bank. It was clear from the beginning that he had great experience with real estate purchases and in this particular case, where time was of the essence, his knowledge and expertise in the field were invaluable. He was extremely reliable, very responsive even during the weekends, no matter the time of day, and he knew how to explain all the legal terms and conditions in a very straightforward way so that we were put at ease.
