Thirdly, Guy also helped me in the HOA negotiation process right before closing where information was not presented as at the offer time. We succeeded in the proposition and quickly got a credit. I really appreciate his initiation and support in this. Additionally, he explained each and every line in the closing disclosure from scratch, which is more than helpful for someone who is closing tmrw and nervous, although I was knowledgeable of all the numbers. The explanation is necessary! Overall, I would definitely recommend Guy for home closing process and would suggest the buyer to be clear of when and what they need support from him. It's a two sided effort and he makes it easy.
