I would highly recommend Barry to anyone. As an attorney, he is caring, knowledgeable and quick to respond. He was helpful in negotiating a favorable settlement for me when the credit card companies would not. I would certainly call Barry for any other legal matter that I might have in the future....

Let me start by saying I never write reviews; I expect good service from people i pay for it. That said, I fought Chase Bank for over 2 years - and was threatened and harassed til wits' end- until I got Barry involved. First off, he was able to explain what was going on, talked me out of bankruptc...y (by explaining what my options were and what their consequences would be) and did a lot of hand-holding for my wife and me. More importantly, within six weeks of his getting involved, Chase's whole tenor changed. The calls stopped coming, the letters stopped coming, and they assigned me a specialist and offered me a refinance package with 6 weeks! Did it cost money? Yes. But I would gladly have paid more, just to get the *%#**^%!!! bank off of me. Calculating in the terms of the refinance, I have saved a lot of money. My only regret is that I didn't call him earlier.
