I have to say that Barry is unique among lawyers in the fact that he's accessible and knowledgeable in many areas of law. In my business career, I've used plenty of other lawyers and either they drain your retainer for trivial matters or they're impossible to get on the phone to ask a simple questio...n. With Barry, I can usually get him on the phone, even if he's driving. And if I leave him a message, he gets back to me pretty fast. Over the past few years, he's helped me with a bunch of things like contract development, business forms, partnership advice and now he's helping me negotiate a settlement with a creditor. The other thing that has been helpful is that after getting myself into a financial mess, Barry sat down with me to go over my options and help explain the ramifications of each.
