Barry Miller Got It Done for Me with CHASE MORTGAGE

Let me start by saying I never write reviews; I expect good service from people i pay for it. That said, I fought Chase Bank for over 2 years - and was threatened and harassed til wits' end- until I got Barry involved. First off, he was able to explain what was going on, talked me out of bankruptc...y (by explaining what my options were and what their consequences would be) and did a lot of hand-holding for my wife and me. More importantly, within six weeks of his getting involved, Chase's whole tenor changed. The calls stopped coming, the letters stopped coming, and they assigned me a specialist and offered me a refinance package with 6 weeks! Did it cost money? Yes. But I would gladly have paid more, just to get the *%#**^%!!! bank off of me. Calculating in the terms of the refinance, I have saved a lot of money. My only regret is that I didn't call him earlier.

Barry has helped me with a zillion things....

I have to say that Barry is unique among lawyers in the fact that he's accessible and knowledgeable in many areas of law. In my business career, I've used plenty of other lawyers and either they drain your retainer for trivial matters or they're impossible to get on the phone to ask a simple questio...n. With Barry, I can usually get him on the phone, even if he's driving. And if I leave him a message, he gets back to me pretty fast. Over the past few years, he's helped me with a bunch of things like contract development, business forms, partnership advice and now he's helping me negotiate a settlement with a creditor. The other thing that has been helpful is that after getting myself into a financial mess, Barry sat down with me to go over my options and help explain the ramifications of each. I was able to ask a lot of questions and I was never rushed into making any decisions regarding bankruptcy. Other attorney's push you towards that and that's one thing I wanted to avoid. So I'm glad that I moved forward with Barry and it's great to have an attorney who I can call to help me with legal advice, even if it's just a two minute question.

Barry Miller represented me with full zeal and diligence and got the job done

I had an initial consultation via phone, and soon afterwards met Barry at his office. My case pertained to a civil judgment which I believe should not have been entered on my credit report. However, I knew that trying to represent myself, pro se, would be too daunting. This was my first experience... as a client of an attorney, so I had no expectations, and had some trepidation. For my first meeting, Barry asked me to bring whatever documentation I had pertaining to the case. Although the initial meeting was expectedly brief, I still recognized his thoroughness, his organization, and the zeal with which I would be represented. He set expectations well, outlining his intended course of actions. I left that meeting feeling confident that Barry was going to represent me with complete diligence. Ultimately, the work he did on my case confirmed that confidence.
