I booked a consultation, but the lawyer did not show up, so when our 25 min passed waiting, I asked the assistant Natalia to reschedule it. Natalia said she would reach out to me via email with dates. She, then, asked me which times worked for me the next day. I gave her my availability, but accordi...ng to her, the attorney Anitta was only available at 2:30pm, which did not work for me. I asked for a refund, which she did not confirm. After sending her a second email about my refund, she said she had started processing the refund, that would probably be completed in two days. I was surprised to learn that i did not get a full refund. I reached out to Natalia twive via email, but she has not responded to my emails yet. I asked her if she could share the refund receipt so I could make sure that the refund was full and that it was not their mistake, but maybe an issue with the bank. I've kept myself flexible and open to understanding the hiccups of this situation. Still, after this lack of care and professionalism in responding to my emails, I wanted to make sure people know how unprofessional the professionals in this company are.
