Anita Mignone-Lazaro

I recently purchased my first home and Anita as well as her paralegal were there to help me every step of the way including answering my e-mails with detailed answers and phone calls most of the time over the weekend. I would recommend her as her staff is knowledgeable attentive and she is an excelle...anf professional.

This year I went through the process of buying my first home and it turned out to be quite the adventure, but through the ups and downs Anita's firm was there for me, especially her paralegal Iola. I went through 2 housing contracts that fell through, and one that I finally closed on. Anita's office ...was always there for urgent situations such as getting certain paperwork taken care of, or dealing with other parties, such as my bank or real estate brokers, directly on my behalf. This all took months of dedicated effort but they made it so easy for me to contact them by phone or email for whatever was needed and were always quick to respond. Several times Iola went above and beyond in faxing things for me or putting in calls as needed. Perhaps most importantly, she really listened to me and never made me feel like I was annoying her with my million questions or ridiculously long emails. She gave me so much information I wouldn't have known otherwise and the relationship felt personal even though I didn't meet her in person until right before my close. She just made an otherwise crazy experience less crazy by being there for me every step of the way. And as we rushed to close in time before the end of the month she was always reachable and seemingly continuously working on my case for a few days straight even though I'm sure in reality she was juggling my case and her other clients as well. I can't say enough about how helpful she was and how often she put me at ease. Even now that we have closed she has still been answering questions for me, which goes above and beyond her job description I'm sure. Anita too was there to ensure funds were transferred to agents properly, and she was there on my close day to congratulate me. Working with this office was my pleasure and I know that if I had any other legal needs I would come back to them. Highly recommend!

Mrs. Mignone-Lazaro handled the closing for my first home purchase. Every step of the way, she was there to guide and assist me. She provided round the clock service, and even helped to negotiate an earlier closing date. The sellers of our home were not able to close on their new property until a wee...k after our closing date. Mrs. Mignone-Lazaro helped to facilitate the issue and make sure that all parties came to a mutual agreement. I would highly recommend this attorney, and would use her services again in the future.
