I am not big on writing reviews but Attorney Kugel and her firm deserves the recognition for outstanding work and always guiding us in the right direction. From the first phone call from her firm (Linda) was t...he first to calm me down and giving me the positive attitude I needed. Then shortly after I got a call from the Superwoman herself Attorney Kugel. She listened to all the details of my incident and commented on all to show me there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Linda from her firm was available all the time to answer the simplest questions for me. Attorney Rachel Kugel was always on time for all of our court appearances, you can tell she is well respected by the judges and the staff and spoke out to the judge for the right reasons when on stand. After the 2nd appearance I felt the judge had me locked and didn't want to let me go even with a plea. But Attorney Kugel told me not to give up and to kept my head up high. You can tell she and her firm knows what they are doing. Attorney Kugel fought my case hard and didn't give up. We had early morning appearances in frigid cold weather and she always came in ready to fight with a smile. Attorney Kugel got my case DISMISSED AND SEALED!! Exactly what I wanted from the first phone call I had with her! I would recommend her and her firm to anyone needed any legal representation in criminal, dui & dwi cases.

over a year ago Rachel was able to get my dui in newark nj dismissed so when I found myself in the same predicament in passaic nj; I trusted her with my new case. My case was very lengthy with a very tough unpredictable judge who seemed to act more like a presecutor than judge. the officers didnt ...show up several court dates and the judge kept giving us new court dates , the flat fee that Rachel charges worked in my favor and Rachel showed up to every court day with the same fire and intesity to win my case. In the end I was found not guilty , even the Judge and the prosecution commended Rachel on she worked my case .

Rachel and her staff are a highly qualified and competent team. Rachel is a remarkable young woman who combines intelligence with gifted social skills. Both are essential in one's defense. She was able to present my case while putting everyone around her at ease. Linda kept me abreast of the progr...ess of my case, as well as conveying any other pertinent information on a timely basis. Rachel was awesome! I was approached for a DUI in Jersey. I fell asleep behind the wheel. They took me into the precinct and administered a breathalyzer test then released me. Immediately, I looked for several lawyers for consultation. I diligently searched Aavo to find prospective lawyers. I calle...d Rachel's office and spoke to Linda who was so knowledgeable and patient. She provided me with all the info I needed. I was still undecided about a lawyer and a week prior to the court date, I called Linda and Rachel. They were so great to take my case at the last minute. Rachel attended every court date. Thank goodness I paid a flat fee. I believe it was about 3 court dates. One of the court dates, Rachel advocated and I didn't need to attend which was great because I couldn't afford to miss work. On the last court date, my case was dismissed. There was insufficient evidence that I was under the influence behind the wheel and my breathalyzer came back 0. The police department didnt administer a urinr test to prove intoxication. These were all points Rachel made in court. I realize everyone's case is different so I strongly suggest you do your research. I ultimately decided to go with Rachel because a) Linda was very knowledgeable re: consultation, b) there was a flate fee, c) Rachel has a substantial amount of experience in this field and has worked in the Jersey court room many times.
