Rachel L. Kugel

Rachel is a TOP DOG in her field attorney! I admire her for that. And Linda is very lovely person always helps over the phone and has always compassion to your situation! At the beginning of this year I was arrested and slapped with almost 18 tickets, wasn’t lucky that day! Charges were DUI, leavi...ng the scene of an accident, refusal to blow, failure to report accident, property damage, reckless driving, failure to possess drivers license and all other BS charges. It seems like the cops are very incentivised to stack up bogus charges to make sure some of them will stick. Anyways after a long year of multiple court days via zoom and in person Rachel was able to DISMISS ALL 17 tickets and plead only to 1 reckless driving ticket! Couldn’t be happier out of this outcome! Ms. Kugel is the epitome of the adage that a good lawyer is most valuable to someone in need. My experience with her was as good as it gets. She works in a world where the ned for her services is due to a mis step by her clients--in my case a DUI. Not once did she judge me for my error and foolish...ness and always stayed the course that I had rights that were ignored. I was on the highway in BK one night, the cops were *%$# and I got the book thrown at me. Long story short, I got locked up, a DWI, license revoked and after that I felt like my life would never be the same. I was in complete panic mode and was lost. Keeping me fully informed and explaining everything in regular terms I could understand from day one. But I still had the criminal court case in BK looming, and I could not have been more nervous. However, once I got there and saw her relationships and how she carried herself in the courtroom, I felt more confident and like I made a good choice. I went back a few times with Rachel trying to get me a good deal and negotiating w them and them pushing the date etc etc. End of story, I got All Charges Dropped and walked away with a minor moving violation. I COULD NOT BE MORE THRILLED!!!! If anything every happens again (pray it doesnt) she would seriously be the first one I call. I thank my lucky stars I found her and chose her. Unfortunately I was arrested for DWI last year. My BAC reading was extremely high and I was at a lost. I googled DWI attorney's in NJ and found the Kugel Law firm. Thank god I did. I was parked, waiting for my ride with my c...ar on, because it was 30 degree weather. So, based on that my car was on, the cop slapped me with a DUI for refusing to take a breathalyzer, because I felt it was not warranted as I was not driving.
