Dylan Cara Dindial

Dylan C. Dindial is an associate at Newark, NJ office of the law firm of Littler Mendelson. Littler Mendelson is the largest global employment and labor law practice with more than 1,300 attorneys in over 75 offices worldwide.

Ms. Dindial is a graduate of Smith College and Seton Hall University School of Law. She was admitted to practice law in 2014 and is a member of the bars of New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York. Mrs. Dindial is a member of and holds leadership positions in numerous professional associations including as an Executive Committee member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (“NJSBA”) Young Lawyers Division, a Pupil and Program Committee member of New Jersey’s Sidney Reitman Employment Law American Inn of Court, and a member of the Editorial Board of the NJSBA’s Labor and Employment Quarterly.

Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Ms. Dindial already gained much experience in the field of employment law by practicing as a plaintiffs' attorney in this field. Ms. Dindial now concentrates her practice on the representation of employers in employment and discrimination matters and uses her prior experience as a plaintiffs' attorney to strategically analyze and resolve employment disputes on behalf of employers.
