Excellent legal representation!!!!

We recently had the necessity of needing legal representation. We chose the office of Musto and Alveras. We were fortunate to have Scott Alveras as our attorney. The service received was excellent. Mr. Alveras explained all aspects of the legal process in clear language. He returned all calls and ...texts promptly. Scott was professional, congenial and extremely knowledgeable. This is especially true regarding his understanding of the "in's and out's" of municapal courts. We highly recommend the law firm of Musto and Alveras....especially Scott Alveras!

Scott was the attorney on both ends of all my home purchases and sales. He really went the extra mile to make sure my home purchases were great ones and home sales went smoothly. He was very professional, fast on responding to all my questions (I had a lot of them) and knowledgeable. His advice was ...invaluable. Awesome Lawyer!

Scott was great with selling our old home & buying the new home. Our buyers for our old home were real sticklers and liars when it came to our deal and tried to take advantage of us. Scott made sure they didn't and stuck by us every time they would cause an issue and made sure the deal ended up happe...ning. In the end all parties on both sides were satisfied. When it came to buying the new home the deal went much smoother and we were nervous that it went too smoothly after dealing with our old property buyer. Scott went above and beyond for us. Thanks!

Best lawyer ever!

Reasonable Suspicion and Articulable Facts

My attorney did a superb job reviewing the discovery evidence of the case including the Police Officer body cam footage and Police Reports. These efforts combined with extensive experience with DUI/DWI cases enabled Scott to file a motion to dismiss the DWI and Refusal of the Breathalyzer test. Both ...charges were dismissed. Brilliant work. Thank you Scott!
