I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Terryann who represented my ex-wife in our family law case. From the outset, it became clear that her primary concern was not the well-being of the children involved, but rather the financial outcomes for her client. Throughout the proceedi...ngs, terryann demonstrated a disregard for the emotional and developmental needs of the children. Instead of prioritizing their best interests or working towards an amicable resolution, it felt as though her approach was entirely focused on securing a financial advantage for my ex-wife, with little consideration for how it impacted the kids. In my experience, a family lawyer's role should extend beyond financial negotiation—ideally, they should advocate for solutions that nurture the children's future and mental well-being. Unfortunately, I did not see any evidence of that with terryann. Whether it was through aggressive tactics aimed solely at increasing the financial settlement or dismissing opportunities for co-parenting collaboration, her actions seemed motivated by financial gain rather than the emotional welfare of the children. If you're seeking a lawyer who will prioritize the best interests of your children and work towards a fair, balanced resolution, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Terryann's focus on money over care and compassion for the children leaves much to be desired in a family law professional.
