I recently retained the Bianchi Law Group for a criminal defense matter. This is the second time David and his associates represented me. I was facing various theft charges in three different jurisdictions - Morris Plains, Hanover, and Springfield. Initially, two of these charges were before the... Morris County Superior Court, but were later remanded to the Municipal courts. During my initial consultation, David helped to formulate a complex defense strategy involving a polygraph test and up to eight different witnesses. Over the course of several months, David conducted extensive & in-depth discovery, including issuing subpenas to two different companies, and ten different people.
