THE STATE WAS DEMANDING A STATE PRISON TERM BECAUSE OF MY CRIMINAL RECORD. I TOLD STEVE AND HIS ASSOCIATE MARC SPOSATO THAT I NEEDED PROBATION. YESTERDAY, MY PRAYERS WERE GRANTED & THE COURT BASICALLY GAVE ME PROBATION FOR MY NEW CASE AND THE VOP FOR THE OLD CASE. NOBODY IS BETTER THAN STEVE WUKOVI...TS AND MARC SPOSATO.

I do not know with what to start but thank you guys Marc Sposato and Steven Wukovits for the amazing job you did for my defense. I used both the firm for my defense 4 times against my crazy ex-girlfriend, back in February 2019 I broke up with her a week later she charged me with all felony possible ...including rape for 4 years kidnapping. Sexual, verbal, and cyber harassment ...... in two different states. The lawyer from the second state was helpless did not know from where to start while Marc and Steven were professional knew exactly from what to start and with what to counterattack. They pretty much did the whole job the other lawyer had just to show jersey dismissal to have both dismissed. in January 2020, she came unannounced to my house I called the police right away still she got me handcuffed and charged for all felonies. Marc got me out of it in no time and charges were dismissed. Last May 2020 she comes forth with the same allegations rape ..... Marc went himself with me to the police station to get me a restraining order against her. Last, she call the police telling them I violate the restraining order. I did not have to appear that they dismissed the charges for me. What can I say more thank you so much you are the best firm. I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THEY ARE MARVELOUS!!!

When I was charged with felony drug charges, including intent to distribute offenses” in the Essex County Superior Court, I reached out to my former attorney, who had resolved a small municipal court case for me. The attorney explained that I really needed someone who was a “specialist.” He then pu...t me in touch with Steve Wukovits. After meeting with Mr. Wukovits and his associate, Marc Sposato, I knew I was in great hands. Before I knew it, Steve and Marc convinced county prosecutors to downgrade my case to the municipal court due to problems they saw with the State’s case. Following the case’s downgrade, Mr. Sposato then had the municipal prosecutor knock the charges down to a municipal ordinance. Like Mr. Wukovits reminded my dad, it was no more serious than playing loud music. In the end, I pled guilty to an ordinance and paid a small fine only. No jail time! No probation! No loss of my driver’s license! Mr. Sposato even got my property back. These two attorneys are the best out there and I would recommend Steve Wukovits and Marc Sposato to anyone with a criminal matter. I was referred to Mr. Wukovits’ firm by another lawyer, who told me Steve was the best around and a final restraining order would make my life very difficult in the future.  When I met with Steve and his associate, Marc Sposato, I just knew that these gentlemen had my back.  In the end, they had the ...restraining order dismissed, as well as the underlying criminal charges.  Mr. Sposato even did me the favor of resolving some motor vehicle summonses for me.  They are both aggressive advocates in the courtroom.
