Biography
Marc A. Sposato is a Partner at TBWD Law focusing on criminal defense and civil litigation. Before joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard T. Sules, J.S.C., in the Essex County Superior Court (Criminal Part), where he gained extensive criminal-law experience. Marc represents clients in serious state and federal criminal matters, including murder, robbery, aggravated assault, weapons offenses, drug trafficking and possession, and domestic violence. He also handles municipal matters—motor vehicle summonses, DWIs, and disorderly persons offenses—and represents individuals in temporary and final restraining-order proceedings. In civil litigation he represents injured plaintiffs (auto, workplace, slip-and-fall) and defends public and private clients against civil-rights and tort claims. Great Lawyer!
I retained Marc after I was arrested and detained on bogus charges that caused me to sit in the Essex County jail for over a month. Once Marc got involved, he saw me immediately and within 2 weeks time I was out and the charges were dropped. He talks the talk and walks the walks!!!
