Biography
Marc A. Sposato is a Partner at TBWD Law focusing on criminal defense and civil litigation. Before joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard T. Sules, J.S.C., in the Essex County Superior Court (Criminal Part), where he gained extensive criminal-law experience. Marc represents clients in serious state and federal criminal matters, including murder, robbery, aggravated assault, weapons offenses, drug trafficking and possession, and domestic violence. He also handles municipal matters—motor vehicle summonses, DWIs, and disorderly persons offenses—and represents individuals in temporary and final restraining-order proceedings. In civil litigation he represents injured plaintiffs (auto, workplace, slip-and-fall) and defends public and private clients against civil-rights and tort claims. The best lawyer!!

Super Lawyer
I was pulled over by a state trooper and my troubles began all over again. But after hiring N.J. Super Lawyers Steve Wukovits and Marc Sposato, I was able to get out of court with a fine only, no motor vehicle points, and no license suspension. I wouldn’t use any other lawyers in New Jersey!!!

The best!!
I was charged with a traffic ticket that came with points. Marc had successfully represented me in the past, so I retained him again for this ticket. To no surprise, Marc was able to get the ticket reduced to 0 points and a small fine. He is the best and I highly recommend him!!!
