Alexander J. Yandoli is an associate at TBWD Law, where he concentrates his practice on criminal defense, worker’s compensation, and personal injury. Whether negotiating with prosecutors or advocating before a judge, Alex is known for applying sustained pressure and refusing to yield on behalf of his clients. In his criminal defense and civil practice, Alex has successfully litigated motions to suppress evidence, handled both the defense and prosecution of Temporary and Final Restraining Order matters (TRO/FRO), and secured outright dismissals across Superior and Municipal Courts across New Jersey. Prior to joining TBWD Law, Alex served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark S. Ali, P.J.Cr., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage. In that role, he worked closely with the Court on a broad range of criminal matters, conducting extensive legal research, preparing memoranda on complex legal issues, and assisting in the drafting of orders and written opinions. This experience provided him with direct insight into the judicial decision-making process and the mechanics of criminal procedure.
