Kristin M. Capalbo

I highly recommend Kristin. She is very personable, professional, well prepared for an appearance and I was generally very impressed with her. Like others noted here, she does read and sometimes responds to emails late at night and she's very sharp in court which you don't expect from how she looks! ... I worked with Kristin on my child custody and visitation case handled by Honorable Judge Aquaviva at Monmouth County Family division. We had to defend and we won on all counts except having the other side cover my legal costs. Kristin however warned me that it would be unusual in FD cases (out of wedlock) as opposed to FM cases (divorced parents). She still tried but it wasn't awarded. For the first time in a long time I felt like I was safe with my attorney and that she'll fight for me like for her own case. It does come with the cost and it was hard for me to come with so much money but the level of care, professionalism and the outcome of the case made up for it! I had a "pleasure" of talking to close to 2 dozen attorneys and I found Kristin to be the best!

I first met Kristin when my lawyer went on leave and she was assigned to my case. Kristen is very professional, easy to talk to, calls/write me back when I have a concern, and is fully vested in my case. She is extremely knowledgeable about her field and I have to say the same about figures too. K...risten is such a pleasure to work with because I know she is fighting for me. I had the pleasure of observing her in court as she lobbied for me. Kristen was totally prepared for her day in court unlike the other party. I spend hours doing a lot of research about cases similar to mine just to be prepared, but Kristen shows me that wasn't even necessary - she has me covered plus more. Sometimes, I'll remember something I want to say to her at midnight, and to my surprise she responds - at might!! I feel confident that when my case is finalized that I will be satisfied with the outcome because Kristen is my lawyer. I will recommend her in a heartbeat!

Kristin Capalbo was an answer to prayer in a time of extreme pain. She was excellent at her craft. She was excellent with the law. But most importantly she was compassionate and knew that I was dealing with a heartbreaking situation. She never lost sight of the suffering I was experiencing where o...ther attorneys were completely hard hearted to that fact. She was also very detail oriented and responsive to me. Got back to me in a timely and professional manner while keeping copious notes on everything and knew my case inside and out. It was obvious that I wasn’t just another payday to her but rather a very important client that she was entrusted to guide and help. As a businessman for 35 years I have worked with many lawyers in various situations but never someone like Kristin. I have nothing but the highest praise for Kristin Capalbo. She is the best.

Kristin has all the qualities of a good lawyer. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable and very caring.
