I highly recommend Kristin. She is very personable, professional, well prepared for an appearance and I was generally very impressed with her. Like others noted here, she does read and sometimes responds to emails late at night and she's very sharp in court which you don't expect from how she looks! ... I worked with Kristin on my child custody and visitation case handled by Honorable Judge Aquaviva at Monmouth County Family division. We had to defend and we won on all counts except having the other side cover my legal costs. Kristin however warned me that it would be unusual in FD cases (out of wedlock) as opposed to FM cases (divorced parents). She still tried but it wasn't awarded. For the first time in a long time I felt like I was safe with my attorney and that she'll fight for me like for her own case. It does come with the cost and it was hard for me to come with so much money but the level of care, professionalism and the outcome of the case made up for it!
