Kristin is outstanding! She came highly recommended by my supervisor who had used her for a family matter. After firing my previous attorney who emptied my pockets and didn’t fight for me, I hired Kristin. I wish I would’ve found her sooner. Kristin is sweet, kind, smart and represents your best inte...rest. When given a game plan, she puts things together and makes things happen. In the end, I made out better than expected, fair and reasonable for both sides.

I hired Kristin based on recommendations from two co-workers who she represented for their divorce's. She represented me for post-divorce financial and other issues. The process took 6 months including using mediation but in the end I am paying less each month for years to come. Alimony and child su...pport were reduced significantly. Permanent alimony now has an end date. I'm saving over $1,450.00 Also, her support staff and co-workers are amazing. Paralegals Deborah O'Hara and Lori Montgomery and fellow attorney Jeniffer Young are professional and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Kristin. She is very personable, professional, well prepared for an appearance and I was generally very impressed with her. Like others noted here, she does read and sometimes responds to emails late at night and she's very sharp in court which you don't expect from how she looks! ... I worked with Kristin on my child custody and visitation case handled by Honorable Judge Aquaviva at Monmouth County Family division. We had to defend and we won on all counts except having the other side cover my legal costs. Kristin however warned me that it would be unusual in FD cases (out of wedlock) as opposed to FM cases (divorced parents). She still tried but it wasn't awarded. For the first time in a long time I felt like I was safe with my attorney and that she'll fight for me like for her own case. It does come with the cost and it was hard for me to come with so much money but the level of care, professionalism and the outcome of the case made up for it! I had a "pleasure" of talking to close to 2 dozen attorneys and I found Kristin to be the best!

Kristin Capalbo handled my divorce and guardianship agreement in regard to my children. She gave excellent advice and went above and beyond the kind of "care" one would think an attorney typically provides. Kristin makes you feel like you're more than just a client, but that she will use her knowle...dge and ability to do what is in your and your children's best interest during what I would call one of the most difficult times a family can go through, divorce, and what could be an even more difficult time for the children if the parents are focused primarily on battling each other. She clearly explained options every step through the process and didn't make any false promises. She was available whenever I needed to speak with her and very efficient throughout my divorce process. I was very satisfied with the the result of my divorce and thankful that I did not retain an attorney that would just bleed money out of me and drag out a divorce process longer than it should be.
