Anthony N. Palumbo

Mr. Palumbo is straight to the point. I needed to know the likelihood of charges being slapped against me. So I consulted with Anthony to see where i stand on possibility of citation. His advice were realistic (rather than telling you what you wish to hear) and very helpful and explained what I need ...to do should anything comes out of it. Additionally, his many years of experience in the field and thousands of similar cases, gave me a lot of ease of mind.

I have left a previous review and wanted to touch back on my experience. I retained Mr.Palumbo in November of 2014 . Soon after which I believe due to changes in my medication i was faced with a second set of the same charges . Being I was already on probation i honestly saw no good ending with my ca...se or probation. I retained Mr. Palumbo for all 3 cases . I do not know how he did it but it is now February 2015 and not only did he get all cases down graded but I received NO violation of probation!!!! I honestly am in shock Mr.Palumbo could get this under control being i was looking at two possbile 18 month sentences and a violation of probation but I am sleeping soundly knowing I will not have to do any time and my probation was continued ! If you are in trouble ca him it is worth it . again he cares about his clients and is so fierce in court you want him on your side!!! I recommended him to a family member who also is facing charges and she as well couldnt be happier , it is worth calling Mr.Palumbo to explain any situation you will see the quality of his work and how he very much does care for every client no matter how big or small....that you again Tony because of you're swift action and fighting to the extreme for me and my family this is now a lesson learned and distant bad memory , you will never know how thankful I am for everything you have done for myself and family !!!

only if there were more lawyers in union county,throughout nj like him.He work with me to arrange a fair pymt.plan and many lawyers i've met wanted thousands down payment.He was so fair,astute,punctual.Mr.Anthony N. Palumbo effectively help my daughter be appease and not to fret,he did a great job,es...pecially with teen kid,barely 18,the first time even question by a cop for a crime she sure did not commit,and the arrest/summons,should have never happen,hence we might also sue,after speaking with a few more lawyers,however we will keep Anthony for any future criminal matters,that i am certain this in hopes will never happen again.He is such a fair and kind yet professional man,who knows his law thorough. In brief: Mr.Palumbo,assisted my teen child(18.5 years old)have a charge dismiss,where she did not have anything on her in the park,but cop still took her downtown,with a female teen 17 y.o. friend who was smoking a "ciggie."i am happy he help my child so this will not affect her college endeavors.Got the charge dismissed within 2 hearings. I thank you so much,and premise on what i've witness?I would recommend him.
