Mr Palumbo resolved a difficult alleged second DUI in my favor by providing the court evidence that demonstrated that the field sobriety test was not conducted in a manner which took into consideration my physical limitations. The prosecutor and judge concurred and my only NJ violation was not obser...ving a red light. In addition Mr. Palumbo maintained consistent communication with me and assured me that the NJ violations were not consistent with NJ law.
