I was married for 7 years and have a 6 year old & a 4 year old son with my ex wife. I learned she no longer loved me and that she was cheating on me with a co-worker. I contacted my first lawyer, and after giving him 5 grand and waiting several months, I felt he didn't do anything and then wanted m...ore money from me. I was lucky to have her as a lawyer because she got me a fair deal compared to what my wife was looking for (I was awarded weekends from friday night to monday morning although my wife didn't want me to be awarded with any time at all whatsoever).
