Alan M Lubiner

I found out Alan M Lubiner on purchasing a new home through my realtor. I felt Alan is not serious about my work. I only spoke to him for 30 minutes over the phone and that's it. Neither Alan nor his assistant explain to me what I should do to request for a repair so I didn't put everything in wri...ting all at once. If I send all my requests at one shot, I might have a chance to get all that I asked for. I felt Alan and his assistant didn't really pay attention to details and assumed that I am supposed to know everything. Most of the people only buy a home once or twice in his life and that's why we need a good lawyer to help you. If your attorney didn't care too much about you, I feel it's not worth it to hire him. It is Alan's responsibility to help me in this process, but he didn't. I closed my real estate deal in January, 2019 and Alan didn't even show up in the closing. He has assigned another attorney in his office to sit in there, but the other attorney never worked on my case. Neither Alan nor his assistant told me that he won't show up. I found out the minute that I walked into his office. I was extremely disappointed. I will never recommend anyone to go to this attorney. Alan is careless and I don't feel he pay enough attention to my case at all.
