Diligent, compassionate, and professional

I consulted Mr. Pollack regarding an immigration issue concerning a relative. He was fast in determining the pros and cons of the case. He shared his opinion based on his experience, and I could tell he had great knowledge of the law. He did not try to convince me to do something through his office. ...Instead, he advised me that the best way to do it was on my own. I appreciated his honesty. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Pollack to anyone with any immigration matter.

Victory

Before I found Mr. Polak my case was upside down, I didn’t know what else to do because my previous lawyer had told me I couldn’t travel or had to wait a long time to fix my issue, after a first visiting with him he told me all my rights and from there I was able to travel, and keep my status legally... presentable till finally I had my victory which I am very thankful for work and dedication.

The best lawyer I have encountered on my US immigration journey to US citizenship

Alan carries such a tremendous expertise in what he does, it's not common to encounter at the time we live in. I had an extremely difficult case where he was recommended to my by another highly reputable immigration lawyer. Everything in his practice is 10/10: operations, paperwork handling, reachabi...lity, responsiveness, accountability, just to name a few. His knowledge of very narrow nuances in immigration law is exceptional. I can't recommend his professionalism and dedication to the subject enough. If i or any of my peers/relatives will need immigration law help in the future Alan will be the one to call. Impressive work. Period.

Mr. Pollack is an expert in handling tuff immigration cases

I was in a immigration mess for over 10 years and by the time I had a chance to adjust my status, DHS blocked it and I was detained due to my prior deportation order. It was a tuff case and I almost thought that I would be deported. But Mr Pollack made an excellent case to the judge by pointing out ...the mistakes which were made by a previous judge and within a month I was granted a relief and now finally I received my Green Card. I am glad we hired him and we are very thankful for what he has done for us.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
