Biography
For over 40 years, since I have been admitted to practice law, I have aggressively and effectively represented a diverse group of clients. I obtain the best possible results for my clients, given the facts and circumstances of their case and the law.
Together with my partner Emmanuel Coffy our firm provides our clients with comprehensive representation in both business and personal matters.
I have never been afraid to take a case to Trial and I let my clients know that.
I always find a way to make my clients feel relaxed and comfortable with me. I let them know.
I take special pride and I am very proud of my work in Mortgage Foreclosure Defense, Complex Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and Mortgage Loan Modification, where I have been able to help many people save their homes from foreclosure as well as obtaining mortgage loan modification.
Our firm's practice areas include (but are not limited to) mortgage foreclosure defense, mortgage loan modification, all types of bankruptcy, civil litigation, complete business corporation matters, divorce and domestic violence matters (including trials), all types of immigration, and all aspects of intellectual property.
In addtion our firm offers free 30 min consultations in all practice areas, except immigration, for which there is a $ charge. However, any case that requires extensive document review, will have a consultation fee.
Through my personal life experiences, as well as my legal education I have a unique prospective on Divorce and Family law, that few other attorneys can match, which helps me to both sympathize and empathize with what my clients are going through.
