Mr. Scott appears to be bright and knowledgeable, however, his communication style comes across patronizing and condescending. Because he knows something about the law, he believes he is equally versed in other areas. Communication with him is not easy or effective. It's a sign of his insecurity. ...
There are a number of things that are suspicious about this review, not the least of which being the highly personal nature of the comments, and that it has been submitted anonymously. Mr. Scott explained my options in great detail and in a way that was easy to understand. He's knowledgeable in corporations and non profits and now I know how to move forward with revamping. I intend on hiring him to assist with the businesses transition.
