Representative matters handled by Mrs. Bilenka include representation of the estate’s largest unsecured creditors in the reorganization of the iconic restaurant business, Roscoe’s Chicken N’ Waffles; representation of the estate’s secured creditor in the reorganization of Radisson hotel and subsequent appeals primarily pertaining to issues of allowability of secured claim; representation of a large financial institution in three highly contested bankruptcy cases filed by individuals and their solely owned entities, which involved multiple parties and complex underlying legal issues. The representation also included appeals primarily pertaining to the issue of approval of a settlement agreement.
