Biography
I am a litigator and trial attorney. That's what I've done for the past 44 years in New Jersey and many other states in the Eastern USA and Puerto Rico.
My fields of expertise include construction law in all its facets and employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and workplace harassment. But my experience covers almost all aspects of civil law, from business relationships gone bad to medical malpractice.
I am Certified by the NJ Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Lawyer and on three occasions was designated a "Super Lawyer" in the fields of general civil litigation and Employment Law, in 2006 and twice in 2010.
I reside in Wayne, NJ, where I have practiced over the past 25 years or more before relocating to nearby Fairfield.
