Best Divorce Attorney

Really Great Attorney

Professional and Sharp

I have had occasion to speak with Ms. Fallon on a legal matter I was asked to take over because her clients' case fell under New York, not Connecticut jurisdiction. I found her to be thoroughly professional and knowledgeable, with the highest dedication to her clients' interests.

Very caring and professional attorney

I had been served papers out of the blue by my ex husband and I had to find a lawyer to represent me. I consulted several firms before contacting attorney Fallon. She was the first attorney to fully understand my situation and to make me aware of how much I was cheated in my divorce. She fought for me and we won in the end. She stuck with me through thick and thin. The difference between her and all the other lawyer I consulted is that she and Ann (her paralegal) care about all their clients and fight for us. She's no nonsense and transparent. She tells the truth about the situation all the time and she keeps your expectations real. I recommend her to any person that is going through divorce.

wonderful to work with!

Two and a half years ago I had to find a lawyer, sight unseen, to handle issues left unsettled from my divorce agreement. Yvette was able to work through the issues and get them settled as they should have been from the start. It was a tedious process as I am no longer living in CT. It was a great pleasure to work with her and would recommend her to anyone.

Yvette and her staff represented me through a difficult and contentious divorce from a marriage that I was terrified of ending. I just wanted to say that tomorrow will mark a year since my divorce and my move from CT. Divorce Lawyer

Best Lawyer in Stamford

Attorney Fallon settled my case with great financial results! Being married for over twenty years and not knowing what a divorce involved, she was able to satisfy all of my concerns and questions I had regarding my divorce. I felt comfortable talking with her and sharing confidence and was comfortable with her handling my case. Honest Review

Good to work with

Yvette was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to understand my circumstances, which were complicated by an international marriage. At times there were some crossed wires regarding expectations as to when things needed to be accomplished. However, I ended up getting everything I wanted, including sole custody of my daughter. And for that reason I can recommend Yvette without reservation.

A condition is a disciplinary order from the Statewide Grievance Committee that an attorney fulfill a condition within a certain time frame. If the attorney does not fulfill a condition in a timely manner, the Superior Court may also impose any condition necessary to protect the public.

Yvette's comment: “Attorney Fallon holds, and has always held, a "Certificate of Good Standing" with the State of Connecticut Judiciary Licensing Authority. No conditions were ever placed on her legal practice. This 2009 matter, which Attorney Fallon had no direct involvement in, a minor dispute between a former employee & a former client, was settled on behalf of the firm by Attorney Fallon, co chair of the Regional Bar Ethics & Professionalism Committee and, as co chair, she presented a seminar on the topic.”
