I am having Gene help with my trademark application with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). I am impressed with his knowledge, quick response, and ability to get immediate results for my application! I originally filed my trademark application without legal assistance. The application w...as reviewed by the examining attorney from the USPTO and rejected due to several concerns. I had six months to file a response/rebuttal. A plethora of legal firms contacted me (including Gene) offering assistance.
