I submitted my trademark application and received a "Section 2(d) Refusal – Likelihood of Confusion" office action. Shortly after I was flooded with automated emails from law firms offering to assist me with my trademark woes. I contacted many of them and most said that I had “little to no chance o...f winning an appeal”. Some wanted $200+ just to speak with me and ‘assess my situation’. Things weren't looking good. Gene Bolmarcich explained my situation of the phone for 30 minutes before I gave him a penny. He made me feel very confident after being very discouraged from my denied trademark. He explained my chances of winning each class and made it crystal clear that we did not have a sure shot at one of the ...classes. Our initial trademark application was rejected, and we got in touch with several lawyers to understand our options. Almost all of them said that our chances of successfully fighting this office action are very low and that we should re-apply, a few even suggested we change our brand! This attorney did not do a good job for me! He even pulled out without even consulting me when things got tough. From the start he seems to have a problem with staying behind me, and helping me fight to get a trademark approval! He would complain to me about something not being right with the tradema...rk process, but was never willing to find out what was going on so instead he backed out and ran! He assure me that he could get my trademark approved and even boast about it in emails that I have proof of! He will only take your case if he thinks it will be easy, but again will not fight it gets rough! And, the really sad part is, he will not talk to you about it, he will just pull out and run without even consulting with you first! This is what happen to me and this is honest and real Very bad experience! I would not recommend him!

How do you know you can trust the attorney handling your case to be proactive and expedient.
