My company name is fairly unique and distinct. I had no doubt that with a bit of perseverance I could get my company name trademarked on my own. To put it mildly, I was wrong. I seemingly ran into every possible obstacle with the opaque USPTO system. Just as I was about to throw my hands up, I re...alized that I was being penny wise and pound foolish and so I was fortunate enough to find Gene.
