I fought for literally 1 and a half years to get my trademark approved and became very discouraged. I had applied at least twice and was denied each time. I Google searched for good patent and trademark attourney and found Gene! Within 6-9 months, he was able to help me get my trademark routed throug...h the USPTO’s system, approved, and I received the official trademark in the mail this last Friday!!! Gene Bolmarcich did what we couldn't do on our own, even though we have registered marks on our own in the past. I had tried to register our mark and was denied because a similar mark already existed. One firm told me to change our name because we would never get a registration, and the others' pric...es were prohibitive to our small company, and of course there are no guarantees. Gene was confident he could get it done, and he did! He negotiated an agreement with the owner of the similar mark and got it approved. He always kept us apprised of cost and updates, and he worked hard to stay within our budget.

Gene is a genius! He successfully handled all 9 of my trademarks in a very short period of time. He provided excellent case documentation to the examining trademark attorney and was able to convince them to change there mind and ultimately approve a few of the trademarks other attorneys said most lik...ely would not get approved.
