Gene is the person you want on your trademark! I’m SO happy we were connected. I tried to do it all by myself and when my refusal came in I was at a stand still on how to proceed. Gene spelled it out for me and took it head on. Tackled my case and wrote wonderful responses that they couldn’t say no t...oo. Everyone needs a Gene in their court!

We applied for the trademark but received an office action with 4 issues. We consulted lawyer after lawyer, but all of them turned us down. They said there was little chance of getting our mark approved. We had almost given up hope until Gene emailed us and said he thought we could get this through (...for a fair price too). His response to the office action was above and beyond what we expected and he referenced cases and researched thoroughly. And it worked! On top of getting the job done, he's a pleasure to work with.
