I recently just created a business and went through legal zoom for my trademark process. Listen, I was told from the start that getting a trademark normally means that most likely it will go in office action review....which then will make you either choose to defend your mark or hire an attorney. ...Well, lets just say unless you are a lawyer you should probably hire someone, BUT WHO? ..well...I can tell you who ;) I got piled with emails from different lawyers who all just really wanted money and they didn't even look at my trademark and office action before even sending a quote. It was discouraging and frankly a bummer. I just wanted to continue to live a dream..... Then Gene emailed me. Of course I was hesitant. Of course I was unsure, but there was something in his email and letter that made me have a little faith. I am so glad I sent an email because he immediately sent a response--SO HUMAN!!!
