Gene Bolmarcich did what we couldn't do on our own, even though we have registered marks on our own in the past. I had tried to register our mark and was denied because a similar mark already existed. One firm told me to change our name because we would never get a registration, and the others' pric...es were prohibitive to our small company, and of course there are no guarantees. Gene was confident he could get it done, and he did! He negotiated an agreement with the owner of the similar mark and got it approved. He always kept us apprised of cost and updates, and he worked hard to stay within our budget.

One was a renewal, he handled with ease. Another was an office action that was granted after his letter.
